Graphic Designer – Licensed & Apparel Design COCO Brands is seeking a Mid‑Level Graphic Designer – Licensed & Apparel Design to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for a designer with experience in licensed apparel, sleepwear, intimates, underwear, loungewear, or private label product development who can confidently manage projects from concept through production. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for fashion trends, typography, color, placement graphics, repeat patterns, and packaging design. They understand how to translate licensed properties, branded aesthetics, and customer‑specific needs into commercially successful products that resonate at retail. This individual should be highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable balancing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working with licensing approvals, retailer presentations, and trend‑driven product development is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Develop customer‑specific artwork and concepts tailored to various retail channels and target demographics. Create packaging graphics and novelty packaging concepts that enhance the overall product experience. Partner with licensors and internal teams to ensure artwork is approved and executed accurately throughout development. Support showroom presentations, customer meetings, and seasonal product launches through compelling visual storytelling. Stay current on emerging fashion, graphic, entertainment, and consumer product trends to drive innovation across categories. Qualifications Experience designing for major retailers such as specialty, department store, off‑price, and mass‑market channels. Experience developing novelty‑driven product concepts and collectible packaging programs.
