A well-established healthcare organization serving communities in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join its collaborative medical team. This role is ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible physician with strong clinical expertise in anesthesia who is looking for a supportive environment that values professional growth, work-life balance, and high-quality patient care.

What you will be doing:

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures including endoscopy, orthopedic, general surgery, urology, spine, vascular, and ENT cases.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule of approximately 1 in 5 weeks (Wednesday-Tuesday), totaling about 9-10 call weeks per year including 1-2 holidays.
• Maintain regular weekday shifts (Monday-Friday) following on-call weeks.
• Contribute to a culture of patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing medical education opportunities.

Experience you will need:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) with specialization in Anesthesiology.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Active or eligible for medical licensure in the state of New York.
• Strong clinical knowledge of anesthesia practices across multiple surgical specialties.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment with a patient-centered approach.
