Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and surgical teams quickly
• Experience with cardiovascular surgical equipment and post-op care

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the OR team to provide expert cardiac surgical care
• Prepare the CVOR for procedures and ensure all necessary instruments are sterile and available
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery
• Safeguard patient safety and respond promptly to any changes
• Accurately document surgical and patient information
