Position Summary

As a CNA in our hospital setting, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Working on a per diem basis, you’ll have the flexibility to support patients and medical teams as needed, all while contributing to better patient outcomes and a stronger healthcare environment. This is an in-person role located at 515 Ray C Hunt Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22903.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will: - Provide hands-on patient care, including assisting with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility. - Monitor and document patient health and report any changes to the medical team. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. - Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. - Uphold the values and standards of Fidelity Healthcare Staffing Solutions in every interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - A valid CNA certification . - At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A strong sense of empathy and dedication to patient care. - The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
