THE POSITION: SERVER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide attentive and consistent service to all guests throughout the entirety of their dining experience

· Create a welcoming and engaging environment that reflects our hospitality standards

· Demonstrate a "say yes" mindset by finding thoughtful solutions to accommodate guest requests

· Guide guests through the menu by presenting specials, recommending food and beverage pairings, and offering informed suggestions

· Accurately take and input orders into the point-of-sale system

· Maintain a strong understanding of menu ingredients, including the ability to communicate common allergens from memory

· Ensure all dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen

· Continuously observe and manage the dining experience to ensure each guest interaction exceeds expectations
