About the Role

As a Physical Therapist (PRN), you will work on a per diem basis to provide physical therapy services to our residents. Your expertise will help improve their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. Your responsibilities will include:
• Evaluating and assessing residents' physical therapy needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing physical therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities
• Documenting progress and communicating with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements
• Physical Therapist (PRN) license in the state of Nebraska
• Physical Therapist (PRN) registration with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices
