Position Title Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 5x8hrs; Hours: 40 hrs/wk; Start Date: Mar 23, 2026; Length: 13 weeks; Openings: 1. Details American Traveler seeks a Physical Therapist with outpatient experience for a 13‑week travel contract, preference for candidates with inpatient or subacute experience. Setting: outpatient physical therapy. Primary patient population: orthopedic; additional exposure to geriatric, pediatric, and vestibular patients. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8 hours (8:00–16:30). No call, weekend, float, or holiday requirements. Charts using Redoc EMR. Requirements Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience. Outpatient experience required; additional inpatient/subacute experience preferred. Active PT license required; pending license accepted if active by start date. Current BLS certification required. Must reside at least 50 miles from facility. 2 professional references from a supervisor within past 2 years. Full 7‑year work history with gaps explained. Additional Information Teal scrubs or business casual attire required. First‑time travelers welcome. Local candidates not accepted; travelers must live 50+ miles from facility.
