Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, current drivers license, and agency-required liability insurance.
• Home health experience with home visits and periodic office meetings.
• Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, including internet, e-mail, file navigation, and online training programs.
