About the role We are USA manufacturer in the food production machinery space seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Sales Associate to join our dynamic B2B team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service and sales, a basic understanding of manufacturing, and the ability to satisfy customers and provide exceptional service experiences. As a Parts Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in keeping our customers operational, communicating needs with internal departments, and ensuring that our customers are attended to in a timely manner. What you'll do Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases via phone, email, and in person. Maintain stock levels by communicating with internal departments. Utilize effective phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone when necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer service experience. Qualifications Previous experience in B2B sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with MRP systems is an advantage. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
