Sr. UI/UX Product Designer

The ideal candidate is a creative andstrategic thinker with a strong track record in UX and UI design. Theypossess a deep understanding of how design influences user behavior, productadoption, and business outcomes , and are committed to deliveringinnovative, user-focused solutions. The portfolio should contain genuinelive/shipped projects. Translate userneeds, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive,visually appealing, and user-friendly product designs. Applyindustry best practices in UX/UI design to deliver accessible,efficient, and engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms . Collaborateclosely with Lead Designers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to align design solutions with project objectives and seamlessly integrate intothe development lifecycle. Contribute tothe development, evolution, and maintenance of design systems , ensuringconsistency and scalability across products. Support userresearch activities , including usability testing and feedback sessions, tovalidate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Continuously iterateon designs based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving businessrequirements. Ensure all designs adhere to accessibilitystandards, compliance requirements, and data regulations . Requirements 6+ yearsof proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in asimilar role. portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design projects, demonstrating both process andoutcomes. Figma (with proficiency in similar tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD being anadvantage). Solidunderstanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices,and accessibility standards . Experience inconducting user research, developing personas, design thinking methodology , and runningusability tests . Ability tocreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs thatclearly communicate interaction concepts and design intent. Strongcollaboration skills to work effectively with engineering teams andensure accurate design implementation. Experienceworking with design systems, variables, tokens, style guides, and componentlibraries that scale consistently across platforms. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate designchoices and their value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability tothrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment . Desired Skills (Nice to Have) Experiencedesigning interfaces for AI-powered or data-driven applications .
