Job Description Position Highlights Shift: 11:20 AM - 9:30 pm daily Pay: $24.75/ hour Location: 10750 89th AVE N, Maple Grove MN 55369 Duties & Responsibilities Must follow all MN State Driving Laws Arrive timely and prepared for workday Operate a cargo van less than 10,001 GVWR Deliver 180 - 220 stops per day Walk 15,000+ steps daily Lift 50 lbs on a regular basis Bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, stair-climb MUST be comfortable driving in all kinds of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold) Deliver all assigned packages to customers and businesses in a timely and safe manner Follow Post & Parcel safety standards and compliance requirements both on the road and at the delivery station Provide professional and positive interactions with customers and the public Use company-provided handheld technology to manage the delivery process Ability to problem solve on-the-go Benefits !!!401K WITH 401K MATCH!!! $5250.00 Annual Education Scholarship Paid classroom and on-the-job training Rescue pay $125+ annual work shoe credit $500 referral bonus Direct deposit Early Paycheck through Zayzoon PTO (start earning immediately) Career development opportunities Provided for our valued drivers 2020 or newer Ram Promaster Cargo Van or similar Mobile device for navigation and delivery Branded uniform Friendly, team-oriented environment Leadership advancement FAQs click here Qualifications Must be at least 21+ years old Must have a valid driver's license Must work at least 1 weekend each week Must be willing and able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less Must be able to lift boxes and packages up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation Must consent to a background check and drug screen Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
