McCarthy Chevrolet Olathe is seeking to add a Customer Service Agent to their Business Development Center for Sales. The Business Development Center is the heart of the dealership and is where our sales and service departments look for new customers. First impressions are key in this position as you are talking to the customer via phone, email, and text. As the Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering internet leads for both Nissan and Subaru.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls for both our Subaru & Nissan dealerships
• Maintain communication with prospects by cold calling, texting and emailing customers.
• Setting appointments for customers
• Provide customer relations retention.
• Follow up with customers on experience with dealership.
• Successful applicants will great customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.  

Qualifications:

• Must have Strong Communication Skills
• Must be a self-starter
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary. 
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be goal driven
• Must be flexible and reliable
• Bilingual a plus!!  

Hours : 9AM to 6PM, Monday - Friday

• Hours may vary depending upon business.
• You will be required to work 2 Saturdays a month, but will have a weekday off in return
