Essential Job Functions Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders. Continuously observe and assess patient condition, reporting changes to supervisor or physician. Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care promptly. Participate in, implement and update nursing care plans. Takes appropriate nursing action based on assessment to achieve expected outcomes. Recognize changes in patient needs and intervene to prevent or reduce risk. Comply with policies, state and federal regulations, accrediting bodies and the Nurse Practice Act. Apply infection control measures per OSHA standards. Educate patient and family about disease process, self‑care and prevention strategies. Maintain competencies through education and skill evaluation. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (hands‑on). We can assist in obtaining after hire if needed. TB skin test current within last 12 months. Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation. Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice. Current CPR certification. Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care policies. Additional State‑Specific Requirements South Carolina – 1 year pediatrics experience. California – 1 year experience under current nursing license. Louisiana – 1 year experience as a licensed nurse. Continuing education as required by state. Preferences 6 months recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical setting. Home health experience. Other Skills/Abilities Attention to detail. Time management. Problem‑solving and conflict resolution. Organization and communication skills. Physical Requirements Speak, read, write, and understand English. Travel as needed. Lift 50 lbs. Reposition patients and move equipment without assistance. Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting. Sit and climb stairs. Visual and hearing acuity. Strong sense of smell and touch. Respond physically and mentally to emergency situations. Environment Work in diverse environments; may involve allergens and other conditions.
