Inbound Sales & Service Advisor (Fixed Term)

Certas Energy is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Advisor to join our Cheshire-based office team on a fixed-term contract through March 2027. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while identifying the right solutions for customers, and driving sales opportunities through consultative engagement.
You’ll handle inbound inquiries, upsell relevant products, and contribute to meeting sales and service targets while maintaining high-quality customer experiences.
