Lead Marketing Communications Consultant

Job Summary This position is responsible for creating and overseeing the development and implementation of successful marketing communications plans for segments of our product portfolio for B2B and B2C audiences. The role involves writing and proofreading content across digital, print, video, and social media, managing multiple projects, fostering positive relationships with business partners, and using analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities. Responsibilities Create and oversee marketing communication plans for product segments targeting B2B and B2C audiences. Write and proofread content for a variety of audiences and media (digital, print, video, social media). Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with diverse business partners. Use analytical skills to evaluate campaign success and recommend improvements. Remain adaptable to change within a large, matrixed work environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in a communications environment, or 11 years of experience in marketing, journalism, or communications. Knowledge of design, layout, and print production. Project management skills. Strong writing, verbal communication, and editing abilities. Independent, self‑starter capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications. Experience with project management and/or proofing software. Familiarity with Copilot or other AI tools. Role Details Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote. Compensation Base Pay Range: $61,500.00 – $136,100.00 (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location). Annual incentive bonus plan subject to terms and conditions.
