Military Operations Planner - Junior On Site | Offutt AFB Bellevue Nebraska | TS/SCI Required Why This Role Exists The work we do has real impact, and the people behind it matter just as much. What You Will Do Support development of operational plans and planning products. Translate strategic guidance into executable operational approaches and courses of action. Apply the Joint Planning Process (JPP/JOPP) to develop operational plans, campaign plans, OPLANs, and CONPLANs. Support joint and senior-level planning forums. Assist in coordinating across headquarters elements to synchronize planning efforts. Develop briefs, planning documents, and decision support materials for senior leaders. Provide expert advice on operational design, force employment, and mission execution. What We Are Looking For Required Bachelor's degree or higher required. Minimum of seven (7) years of practical Department of War military operations experience. In lieu of the 7-year experience requirement, at least 2 years of practical assessment experience assigned to USSTRATCOM/J7. Demonstrated experience applying the Joint Planning Process (JPP/JOPP) and developing operational plans (OPLANs, CONPLANs, or campaign plans). Clearance and Eligibility Active TS/SCI clearance required. This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
