School Psychologist – 2026–2027 School Year

Position Details
Location: Newberry, SC
School Year: August 5, 2026 – May 25, 2027
Hours: 37.5–40 hours per week
Openings: 5
2 Elementary School
1 Middle School
2 High School
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Part-Time Opportunities Available
Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, assessments, and testing.
Complete comprehensive evaluation reports and eligibility determinations.
Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to support student success.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Master's, Ed.S., or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
Valid South Carolina School Psychologist certification/licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Strong assessment, report writing, and communication skills.
Previous school-based experience preferred.
