divh2Community Outreach Sales Representative/h2pSales Marketing - Exempt - Sales Workers - 05/01/2025/ppstrongJob Summary:/strong/ppResponsible for selling products and services offered by the company to current and new clientele in a face-to-face environment./ppstrongEssential Duties Responsibilities:/strong/pulliInitiates and engages with potential subscribers to promote and sell our broadband internet services./liliCommunicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs./liliDemonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs./liliEnsures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale./liliMaintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest./liliMaintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems./liliProvides periodic territory sales forecasts./liliBuilds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads./li/ulpstrongJob Qualifications:/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent required./lili2+ years of related experience required./liliKnowledge of broadband technology a plus./liliAbility to work flexible hours which could include evenings and weekends./liliMust be able to travel./liliMust have reliable transportation./liliIndividuals must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record meeting the company and insurance policy conditions./li/ulpstrongSkills:/strong/pulliProven experience in outside sales, preferably in the telecommunications or broadband industry./liliExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills./liliExcellent sales and negotiation skills./liliAbility to work independently./liliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail./liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills./liliAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment./liliCustomer service oriented./liliProficient with Microsoft Office or related software./li/ulpstrongPhysical Demands:/strong/ppWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
