Acquisitions Agent Opportunity. We are looking for licensed real estate agents who want to specialize in investment-focused real estate while earning rewarding commissions and building a more consistent business. In this opportunity you will learn to prospect with intention, understand investment value, and guide transactions from the first conversation through closing. You will work alongside experienced acquisitions-focused agents and operate within systems designed to support consistency, communication, and long-term production on the investment side of real estate. Responsibilities Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process. Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed. Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers. Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information. Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale. Lead generation. Follow the team plan. Qualifications Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments. Real estate license required.
