Key Responsibilities of the RN - House Supervisor

• Serve as a resource for problem-solving and provide clinical expertise
• Facilitate staff mentoring and coaching
• Oversee patient flow during off-shifts for the entire 180-bed facility
• Manage special equipment such as wound vacs, PICC lines, and tube feeds
• Supervise nursing care across all units

Requirements of the RN - House Supervisor

• Valid NY nursing license
• BLS certification
• EPIC charting system experience
• Previous charge experience
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Specialized skills in code management and emergency preparedness
