Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator

Overview The Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator supports the Marketing, Product Development, and Sales teams by coordinating sample fulfillment, print production, event logistics, and showroom readiness. This role plays a critical part in ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality materials that support sales efforts, customer engagement, and external communications. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Manage sample fulfillment & inventory management processes Oversee in-house print production and marketing asset management Responsible for event & conference coordination Order swag & promotional materials; manage inventory Ensure showroom readiness & provide support as needed Skills & Qualifications Professional Skills Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities High attention to detail and commitment to quality Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate across departments and support cross-functional teams Technical Skills Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams Working knowledge of print production processes and equipment preferred Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred Relevant experience in marketing support, print production, or event coordination is a plus Work Environment & Physical Requirements Primarily office-based with regular interaction in production and showroom environments May require lifting, packaging, and moving materials (up to 25–40 lbs) Occasional travel or extended hours may be required to support events and tradeshows Disclosure This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
