VP, Administration & Strategic Operations

The Fathers and Families Center in Indianapolis seeks a Vice President of Administration to provide strategic leadership across administrative functions. Responsibilities include overseeing finance, IT, and operations, ensuring compliance, and advancing the organization's mission through strong leadership. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree and substantial nonprofit management experience, including executive leadership. A valid Indiana driver's license is required.
