Position Summary:

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place or residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathologist.
• License, Registration, Certifications, and Credentials that apply and are current.
• Two (2) years of experience, required.
• Experience in Home Care, preferred.
• Knowledge in OASIS documentation, preferred.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this agency.
