Assigned a dedicated experienced Clinical Manager to optimize daily practices and help manage your client caseload and navigate your professional career Guaranteed Caseload with our Proprietary Caseload Protection Impactful Client Care Responsibilities Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clientswith an array of patient ages and diagnoses Conducts and documents client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information. Deliver services to clients in the community and there is no requirement to go to an office. Utilize evidenced based practices to enhance clinical outcomes of clients Identifies resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs. Collaborates with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care. Advocates for patient access to community resources Communicates treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Facilitates and offers individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support. Demonstrates professionalism to reassure patients of their care by a skilled and compassionate professional. Candidate Requirements Licensed: Have an active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) License in the State of Florida. Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field. Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others. Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs.
