Job Description This well-established healthcare facility near Zuni, New Mexico , is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Case Management to join their organization.
- Pay Range : $51.21 - $75.79
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Mon Fri, 7 AM 5 PM

- The Director of Case Management should identify and resolve barriers that hinder efficient patient care
- The Director of Case Management must hold a New Mexico RN or SW license
- Associate of Science Degree, BSN strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in care management in an acute care hospital and/or managed care setting required
- Renowned for traditional Zuni jewelry, pottery, stone carvings, and artisan craftsmanship
