Outbound Sales Representative – Insurance Lead Transfers
We’re hiring motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to call consumers who requested insurance information online and transfer them to licensed agents. No selling and no insurance license required.
What You’ll Do
- Call warm internet leads
- Follow a simple script to verify interest
- Build quick rapport and transfer to a licensed agent
- Meet daily/weekly performance goals
What You Need
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable attendance
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven role
- Call center or sales experience is helpful but not required
- MUST HAVE EQUIPMENT
