Allied Health Professional // MRI Technologist $1,876 weekly stipends $22/hour $880 weekly base pay Onsite Contract Starts 7/06/2026 13 weeks Share on Job Description Day Shift 8 hours/day 5 days/week MRI Technologist Facility: Northside Meridian Mark Imaging Position ID: 846A Meridian Rad – MRI Tech Facility Address: 5445 Meridian Mark Rd, Suite 450, Atlanta, GA 30342 Primary Hospital Address: 1000 Johnson Ferry Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Monday–Friday Shift: Days, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Hours: 40 hours/week (5x8s) Local Candidates: Not accepted within 50 miles of the facility Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent MRI Technologist experience Current AHA BLS Certification ARRT (MRI) Certification Required Position Overview The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to established imaging protocols. The technologist will work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to provide accurate diagnostic imaging services. Key Responsibilities Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols Ensure patient safety by following MRI screening and safety procedures Position patients appropriately to obtain optimal diagnostic images Monitor patients throughout imaging procedures and provide excellent patient care Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Operate and maintain MRI equipment according to manufacturer and facility guidelines Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to support quality patient outcomes Qualifications ARRT (MRI) certification required Current AHA BLS certification required Strong knowledge of MRI procedures, safety standards, and imaging protocols Excellent communication, patient care, and organizational skills Note: Candidates must possess all required certifications and have recent MRI experience within their specialty area.
