- Musthavereliabletransportationtojobsites.
- MustholdnecessarysafetycertificationincludingavalidOSHA10card.
- AbilitytocommunicateinEnglish(bilingualpreferredbutnotrequired).

- Regularlyrequiredtostand,walk,bend,kneel,andclimb.
- Abilitytoliftupto75lbsfrequently.
- Comfortableworkingatheights,onladders,scaffolds,andunevensurfaces.
