Facility Maintenance Specialist

You will be responsible for keeping our facility clean, organized, safe and fully operational. You will handle routine building maintenance, service specialized body equipment, manage waste disposal and support overall workflow. Perform routine preventive maintenance on shop machinery, including air compressors and lifts. Clean and inspect spray booths regularly, replace intake/exhaust filters on schedule. Inspect, clean, and organize shared equipment. Safely store, handle, hazardous materials (paint waste, solvent, used oil, batteries and shop towels) Keep all walkways, fire exits, and electrical panels clear of clutter.
