- Title : Commercial Cleaner / Grounds Maintenance
- Pay : $15.85 per hour
- Schedule: Part-Time | Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (8 hours/day)
- Location: Albemarle, NC 28001
- Requirements: 1 year of cleaning experience; ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively

- General cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and pulling trash throughout the property.
- Maintaining outdoor areas, including cleaning parking lots and parking decks using equipment like pressure washers and leaf blowers.
- Thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms.
- Completing other essential cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- 1 year of professional janitorial or commercial cleaning experience.
- Ability to operate pressure washers and leaf blowers (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively.
- Strong work ethic, outdoor durability, and reliable weekday attendance.
