Embedded within the Strategic Analytics department, you will use data to shape brand development and bring value to customers and business teams. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, customer intelligence, and business strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer behavior patterns to identify actionable insights and opportunities for targeted marketing interventionsCollaborate with data engineering and BI to ensure data quality and reporting accessibilityDefine and monitor KPIs that align with business objectivesBuild conceptual dashboards that track customer journeys and identify optimization opportunitiesPartner with brand, marketing, and other business teams to translate analytical findings into measurable business impactTell data-driven stories that convince and influence leaders using clear insights and recommendationsDevelop predictive models for key business metrics including churn, lifetime value, and propensity scoringDesign and run experiments to test hypotheses about customer engagement and measure impact of strategic initiativesQualifications2+ years in data analysis, preferably in a subscription or loyalty focused B2C environmentAdvanced SQL proficiency (complex queries, window functions, and optimization)Strong statistical foundation with hands-on experience in regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysisProficiency in Python or R for analysis and modelingExperience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or similar)Proven ability to communicate the results and recommendations of your analysis to senior leadershipBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or quantitative fieldTechnical SkillsExperience working with cloud data warehouses and large-scale datasetsProficiency with version control and collaborative development practicesUnderstanding of data pipeline concepts and ETL processesFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms and servicesKnowledge of data governance and security best practicesNice to HaveExperience with customer data platforms or marketing automationKnowledge of machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow)A/B testing and experimental design expertiseFamiliarity with causal inference methodologies and experimentation techniquesPrior experience in travel or hospitality industryTotal RewardsThe base salary range for this role is $110,000 – $130,000 annually for employees based in Boston, MA. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.
