Family Medicine opening in Hagerstown/Connersville, Indiana - Practice is located in Hagerstown and Connersville, IN; Dayton, OH 60m; Indianapolis 60; Richmond, IN 20m - This position will consist of 60% of time spent in Hagerstown and 40% spent in Connersville. Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent
• Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join our Primary Care team at our Hagerstown and Connersville offices.
• This physician is needed to help with the growing number of patients in each practice.
• Practice Details - Hagerstown
- Team: 3 APP's, 6 Medical Assistants, and 2 Office Assistants - Office Hours: Monday - 7:30am to 4pm, Tuesday through Friday - 7:30am to 5pm
• Practice Details - Connersville
- Team: 2 APP's, 4 Medical Assistants, and 2 Office Assistants - Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 8am to 6pm, Wednesday - 8am to 4:30pm Compensation Details:
