Office RN Home Care

Position Overview The Office RN at Home Care will provide safe and effective patient services in accordance with agency policies and procedures. This role collaborates with management and administrative staff to ensure appropriate services are delivered to patients. Additionally, weekend coverage is required for coordination and triaging of patient care needs. Primary Details Department, Division, or Unit: Skilled Nursing, UHS Home Care Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $31.15 – $46.72 per hour, depending on experience Education and Experience Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least two (2) years of relevant home care experience. Licensure & Certification Valid license and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in NYS.
