Quality Control Inspector

Position Title: Quality Control Inspector Wage: $19.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm Reached a dead end at your current job? Check out how this position can create a new path! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Quality Control Inspector at a company in Franklin, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities: Perform routine audits of production processes in all production areas Identify and quantify critical, major and minor defects Verify incoming packaging components meet specifications and release them for use in production Perform incoming raw ingredient sampling Review work order and production paperwork ensuring that results are within established specification ranges and Good Documentation Practices are followed Coordinate control or release of conforming and nonconforming products Pull samples from manufactured lots and perform confirmatory testing of finished products and WIP using AQL statistical plan Communicate effectively with various employees, including operators, mechanics, leads, and department management to ensure that quality standards are met Requirements for Quality Control Inspector: High School Diploma or equivalent 1-5 years of quality control experience preferred Experience in an OTC, Pharmaceutical or Food/Beverage company preferred FDA regulatory compliance experience (21 CFR Parts 210 & 211) preferred Able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds Able to bend and reach throughout shift We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
