Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA – Immediate Openings

YOU MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

Active HHA OR CNA Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable personal vehicle
Current auto insurance with YOUR NAME listed on the policy

You must have an active HHA or CNA certification at the time you apply.

❤️ What You’ll Do

Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Help with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Provide companionship and emotional support
Follow established patient care plans
Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team
Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County

✅ What We’re Looking For

Active HHA OR CNA Certification — REQUIRED
Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred
Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in patient homes
Reliable attendance and professional communication

???? Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position , and travel between patient homes is required.

You MUST have:

A valid driver’s license
Your own reliable vehicle
Current auto insurance
Your name listed on the auto insurance policy

Transportation is not provided by the company.
