What You'll Do

• Provide holistic, patient-centered care in the ICU environment.
• Perform assessments, develop and revise care plans, and execute nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate complex care.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure nursing standards are upheld.
• Participate in shared decision-making to improve patient outcomes.
• Float to other ICUs or Med/Surg units as needed, maintaining flexibility and expertise.
• Promote a safe, environment of care that fosters remarkable customer service.

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• At least 2 years of ICU experience in a hospital setting
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and float between units
