Position Summary This position is responsible for providing sales, administrative, and operational support to the retail account team covering Lowe’s, Tractor Supply Company (TSC), Target, and Best Buy. In this role, you will support the Account Managers by compiling sales data, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing reports for management. You will coordinate cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, and shipping to help align deliveries and promotions, and provide logistical support for trade shows and sales meetings. As Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Account Managers and Vice President of Retail to ensure the retail accounts have the data, materials, and coordination needed to run smoothly. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Compile sales data, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports and dashboards for management on Lowe’s, TSC, Target, and Best Buy Support Account Managers in maintaining and publishing sales, forecast, and POS information for assigned retail accounts Work with the finance team to help resolve pricing discrepancies, deductions, and invoice or chargeback disputes for assigned accounts Coordinate with the shipping and supply chain teams to align order deliveries, track shipment status, and flag issues such as backorders or delays Work with the marketing team to help plan, track, and execute in‑store promotions, ensuring alignment between promotional calendars and retail account needs Gather, organize, and maintain new item setup information and pricing files for assigned retail accounts Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, line reviews, and account planning materials Coordinate logistics and materials for trade shows and sales meetings, including booth materials, samples, and travel/meeting arrangements Attend trade shows and key sales meetings to provide on‑site support as needed Serve as a point of contact for routine account inquiries, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate Account Manager Maintain organized records and files to support the retail account team’s ongoing needs Suggest process improvements to streamline reporting, coordination, and administrative workflows Preferred Skills and Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred 2+ years' experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role, retail or CPG experience a plus Strong Excel skills, including comfort building reports, pivot tables, and tracking dashboards Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines at once Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across internal teams Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, and shipping/supply chain teams Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities Physical Requirements: The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship.
