We're committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that helps residents regain their voice, improve cognition, and thrive. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to bring clinical excellence and heart to our supportive rehab environment.
Restore Communication
Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse adult populations.
Deliver Outcomes
Create and execute personalized therapy plans focused on voice, fluency, articulation, and dysphagia management.
Collaborate for Success
Work closely with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to ensure cohesive, person-centered care.
Lead with Insight
Document effectively using Rehab Optima or SigmaCare, educate families and caregivers, and support smooth transitions in care.
Qualifications:
- Active New York SLP license
- SNF experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Rehab Optima and/or SigmaCare
- Must be compassionate, patient-focused, and highly communicative
- COVID-19 vaccination required per facility policy
