Senior Trial Counsel, Insurance Defense & Subrogation

Nationwide Trial Division is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney with substantial civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation. You will independently lead cases as lead counsel, manage diverse dockets, and collaborate with claims partners to ensure rigorous advocacy and strategic case management.
