Mimecast North America, Inc. seeks a Customer Value Manager for a remote role based in the USA. You will own platform adoption, health metrics, and value narratives across the product portfolio, interfacing with executives and technical teams to drive measurable outcomes.
You will collaborate with Account Managers and Renewals Managers to mitigate churn, demonstrate proof of value, and accelerate adoption in named mid-market accounts. Travel up to 25% may be required.
