Hotel Purchasing Agent

Marriott is seeking a Purchaser to manage purchasing for our hotel operations. In this role, you will source food, beverage, and operating supplies, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries that meet brand standards. You will track inventory, analyze usage, and maintain accurate purchasing records. Partnering closely with culinary, operations, and finance teams, you’ll support guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent product quality and availability while upholding Marriott’s values of integrity, service excellence, and collaboration.
