Job Summary

Product Manager, Digital Solutions

What You'll Do
*Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and technology solutions.
*Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to shape product direction.
*Partner with stakeholders and end users to uncover high-value opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
*Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design through launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, infrastructure teams, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions.
*Prioritize product investments and release plans based on user value, business impact, and strategic goals.
*Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
*Support and champion quality management practices throughout the product lifecycle.

What We're Looking For
*Experience defining and delivering successful digital, software, or technology products.
*Strong understanding of product strategy, product lifecycle management, and agile methodologies.
*Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
*Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
*Experience working with technical teams in software development, data analytics, cloud, or infrastructure environments.
*Analytical mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
• Can this role review and consider experience in lieu of a degree? Yes
• Experience in a product management or product development role with team lead duties 3-5 years required

• Strong understanding of digital product management, market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to influence and align engineers, business leaders, executives, and stakeholders around product vision and strategy.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and consensus building.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, operations, and business partners.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver results under pressure.
• High attention to detail while maintaining focus on broader business and strategic objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive successful product outcomes in complex organizations.
