Sr. Scrum Master

Overview Lead and empower cloud and infrastructure engineering teams through Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure platform solutions. This role combines technical leadership with Agile facilitation to drive high-performance outcomes across cloud-native and infrastructure-focused initiatives. Responsibilities Lead Agile delivery for two cloud and infrastructure engineering teams, including platform engineers, a product owner, and a technical lead Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure consistent delivery and team alignment Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency within infrastructure-focused teams Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across architecture, security, and operations to ensure alignment on cloud and infrastructure priorities Partner with the Lead Scrum Master and participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate dependencies and drive enterprise-level planning Support quarterly planning cycles, ensuring infrastructure and cloud initiatives are scoped, prioritized, and executed effectively Identify and remove delivery impediments, enabling teams to focus on building and maintaining robust cloud platforms and infrastructure services Qualifications Required: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in a formal Agile environment Required: Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar enterprise Agile methodology Required: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive outcomes with minimal supervision Required: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools Background in systems engineering, platform operations, or infrastructure architecture Experience supporting platform engineering or DevOps teams in an Agile environment Familiarity with enterprise-level planning and coordination across technical domains #J-18808-Ljbffr
