Area Marketer
Located in Buffalo Region , NY
Salary: $85K range

Qualifications:
· Must have 3-5 years of marketing experience in long term care
· Must be a self-starter and energetic
· Proven leadership and management skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities of the Area Marketer:
Generate patient/resident referrals and admissions
Conduct sales and marketing visits within assigned geographic areas
Present facility or agency services to healthcare professionals and community partners
Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth intake and transition of patients
Track referral sources, admissions data, and marketing performance metrics
Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs
Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance coverage, and LTC services
Create and implement territory marketing plans and growth strategies
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
Monitor competitors and market trends in the long-term care industry
Maintain CRM/documentation of referral activities and follow-ups
