Parts Manager

Oak Ridge Nissan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN. The ideal candidate will lead our parts department, ensuring efficient operations, excellent customer service, and strong inventory management to support our service and sales teams. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the parts department, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory control. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to both internal and external customers. Work closely with service and sales departments to fulfill parts requirements promptly and accurately. Train, supervise, and motivate parts department staff to achieve performance goals. Maintain accurate records and reports for inventory and sales data. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery schedules. Implement and maintain department policies, procedures, and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory management, and ordering systems. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Proficient in computer applications related to inventory and sales management. Valid driver’s license and ability to selectively travel if needed.
