The successful candidate will be a key player in the finance department, responsible for maintaining precise financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves a range of activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and contributing to process improvements to support the company's financial health and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a CPA being preferred, and a background in financial analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in GAAP, and revenue recognition, and experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, or Quickbooks is highly valued. The role at the company is pivotal in the accounting function, with a focus on managing various financial tasks such as account reconciliations, journal entries, AR, AP, and billing analysis. The candidate will be expected to review and ensure the proper accounting treatment of transactions, analyze billing for revenue recognition, and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
