Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in Villa Park, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Experienced in steel fabrication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation on quality performance.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality engineering.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
