Supply Chain Operations Associate

Summary We are immediately hiring a Supply Chain Ops Associate in Toledo, OH for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Compensation & Schedule Pay Type: Non‑Exempt / Paid Weekly Annual Salary: $50,000 per year based on experience. Schedule: Monday‑Friday 5:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. with flexibility to work overtime on Saturdays as needed. Responsibilities Follow up all purchased parts to ensure shipment and on‑time delivery performance to support production requirements. Serve as main point of contact for all suppliers; provide direction regarding ship schedule requirements and containment plans when behind schedule. Track critical parts and develop/execute containment plans to prevent interruptions to manufacturing lines. Coordinate alternative sources of material and request spot buys when necessary. Monitor, set up, and cancel truck loads for material pick‑up to support schedule variations and maintain cost efficiency. Review part buffers to ensure coverage of build requirements and manage S and AV code exceptions including alarm interval maintenance. Maintain accurate inventory levels in MGO, make judgments on posting adjustments, and investigate record adjustment requests. Perform other duties as assigned. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexible work schedule. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. Preferred: 1 year or more administrative experience. Preferred: 1 year or more relevant experience. Preferred: Intermediate knowledge of MGO (GM’s MRP system). Preferred: Intermediate knowledge of transportation management.
