Job Details Job Location: The Childrens Guild DC Public Charter School - Washington, DC 20018 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly Key Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one support to students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Engage in family outreach and school‑based activities. Participate in professional development and training. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement IEP goals. Assist in crisis intervention and de‑escalation techniques. Document student progress and behavioral observations. Ideal Candidate High school diploma/GED or higher (experience in special education preferred). At least 1 year of experience working with students with special needs or autism. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed. Benefits Competitive Pay: $18+/hour School Schedule: Mon.-Fri., 8am-4pm.
