Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and organizing the operating room for a variety of surgical procedures
• Maintaining sterile environments and following strict infection control protocols
• Providing instruments and supplies to the surgical team as needed
• Managing surgical tools and equipment throughout each procedure
• Monitoring and replenishing supplies to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborating closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other surgical staff to provide exceptional patient care
• Accurately documenting and maintaining surgical counts

Educational and Certification Requirements:

• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

Required Certifications:

• Must hold a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential
• BLS certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
